The Corsican Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) undertakes to ensure that the processing of personal data carried out on its website https://figari-aeroport.cci.corsica complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (R.G.P.D.) and the amended Data Protection Act.

The purpose of this policy is to detail the policy applied within the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Corsica (hereinafter referred to as the CCI of Corsica) with regard to the protection of personal data processed on its website https://figari-aeroport.cci.corsica.

The CCI de Corse stresses that this is not a general right. Indeed, legislation and regulations provide for limitations to this right.

You may request that your personal data be transferred to another Data Controller. However, this is not a general right and is limited by legislation and regulations.

Firstly, it is limited in terms of the processing concerned, but also in terms of the data concerned. Some of the data held by the CCI de Corse is not portable.

You have the right to object, which means that you can object at any time, for reasons relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data. However, this right is limited to processing based on the legitimate interests pursued by the CCI de Corse.

If processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, the right to object does not apply.

  1. Right to define directives post-mortem

You may define specific directives concerning the storage, deletion and communication of your data after your death.

These directives will only concern processing carried out by the CCI de Corse and will be limited to this area.

Once a person has been designated by Decree, you will also be able to define general directives.
